Obtaining Tourist Visa for US

A couple of months ago, I applied to a tourist visa to USA in Bogotá; It's a very well document process in all US Embassies around the world. Basically, you need to fulfill a form (DS-160), in this form you should present your personal information and trying to explain your criminal activity. I think it's OK to access to a country that it very nervous about the terrorism.
